Formulation:

Each mL contains:

​​​      Amoxicillin (Trihydrate) ………………….. 10 mg

Colistin (Sulfate) ……………………12,500 IU

Dosage and Administration

​ ​           Dogs

Pups: 0.5 – 1.0 mL three times a day for 3 -5 days

Small Breeds: 1.5 mL three times a day 3- 5 days

Medium Breeds: 2 – 2.5 mL three times a day for 3 – 5 days

Large Breeds: 3.0 mL three times a day for 3 – 5 days

Cats

1mL three times a day for 3 – 5 days

Direction and Reconstitution

To make 60mL, add 42mL of distilled water and shake well to obtain suspension. Discard any unused portion of suspension after 7 days at room temperature not exceeding 30°C or 14 days under refrigeration.

Caution: Foods, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act Prohibits Dispensing without Prescription of Duly Licensed Veterinarian.

Contradiction: Animals with known sensitivity to Penicillin.

Storage: Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C.Shake well Before Using.
